At Marlin Wagler Music Ministry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to ensure every CD, product, or piece of merchandise arrives in excellent condition and is exactly what you expected.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
To request a return or exchange, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo (if the item arrived damaged)
We will respond promptly with instructions for returning or replacing the item.
Because our CDs and merchandise are produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns for:
Opened or used CDs
Digital downloads
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover all return shipping costs. If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
